Does facial harmonization hurt?

There is discomfort, and it varies by area and technique. We use topical anaesthetic and, in some areas, local anaesthetic. Lips and the under-eye area tend to be the most sensitive.

How long do results last?

It depends what was done. Botulinum toxin lasts three to four months on average. Hyaluronic acid filler ranges from months to over a year depending on area and product. Biostimulators last longer, because the effect comes from collagen your own body produces.

Hyaluronic acid filler is: hyaluronidase dissolves the product, and we keep it on site. Toxin cannot be removed, but the effect wears off on its own. Biostimulators are not reversible — which is why that indication is discussed more carefully.

Will I look artificial?

An artificial look comes from excess and from wrong indication, not from the technique itself. We work with conservative dosing and adjust at review.

When can I go back to normal life?

The same day, in most cases. What usually needs planning is swelling, which peaks between 24 and 72 hours, plus possible bruising, which can last up to 15 days. If you have something important coming up, book with room to spare.

What age should I start?

There is no right age. The criterion is indication: an expression line already set, a loss of volume, a specific concern. A procedure without indication brings nothing forward.
